1.      Ms. Mahaiwon Shadang ( Ph.D. Student, SRF)

 

For her doctoral thesis, Mahaiwon is currently investigating the role and interactions of the co chaperone R2TP complex and viral oncoproteins in the cell cycle. She joined the lab in August, 2017 as a post graduate student and completed her Masters in Medical Biochemistry in AIIMS, New Delhi in 2019 with a thesis that analyses the expression of the R2TP complex in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma. She also qualified the CSIR NET JRF in 2017.

 

2.      Mr. Moien  Rasheed lone (Ph.D. Student, SRF)

Moien is deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. He is also evaluating the role of cMyc, BCL2, BCL6 and Epstein Barr Virus on survival in patients with refractory/relapsed primary Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. He has completed his Master in Biotechnology from University of Kashmir, India.

 

3.      Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Singh  (Ph.D. Student, SRF)

 

Dhiraj started work at AIIMS as JRF in 2018 and enrolled as a PhD student in 2019. He is trying to analyse the role of PIH1D1 in various phases of cell cycle. PIH1D1 is a component of R2TP complex which is a co-chaperone also known as PAQosme. He has completed his M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia University. He has also qualified National Fellowship Exam-CSIR JRF in 2017 with AIR-63.

 

 

4.      Mr. Pankaj Keshari ( SRF)

 

My interest lies in an understanding of the inner ear supporting cells' trans-differentiation. This will provide insight into the development and function of supporting cells leading to a better understanding of the biological roles these cells play. Possibly it will reveal new mechanisms to protect ear from damage, increased survival, and new therapeutic targets for hair cells damage.

 

5.       Bhavik Bhansal and Amritesh Singh Geriwal ( MBBS Students)

         We are work on interactome analysis of COVID-19 spike protein.
